returns
these things happen from time to time and we are very sorry for the inconvenience.
if any part of your order arrives damaged, you should notify us within 24 hours with photographs of the damage so that we can take this up with the carrier. you will then have the standard 14 days to make the return. we will arrange and cover the cost of the return. this is our email hello@rad-union.com.
if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it for a full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery, providing it has not been used and is in its original packaging. the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of a suitable courier for return of an item.
we recommend that goods are returned by a fully tracked and insured delivery service as we are unable to refund items which become broken, damaged or lost in transit. items must be returned in the original condition they left Rad Union ®.
